The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of semiconductor test experience with expertise in analog/digital testing, test methodologies, debug, and DFT/DFM standards for high-reliability products.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in analog and digital testing.
• Experience with test methodologies, debugging, and test hardware/software development.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
• Establishment of DFT and DFM standards for high-reliability products.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen test strategy across wafer sort, final test, and production release flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and external sites to reduce test escapes and improve outgoing quality.
• Define and institutionalize best‑in‑class test standards for high‑reliability products.
