Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech hardware.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with SEMI standards and ISO 9001 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define, validate, and document new manufacturing test plans.
• Develop and troubleshoot automated test scripts and software.
• Lead structured failure investigations (8D, CAPA, 5 Whys).
• Monitor First-Pass Yield data and implement corrective actions.
• Perform MSA and Gage R&R studies to ensure test station reliability.
• Ensure test protocols meet ISO 4 / SEMI standards in cleanroom environments.
