Henkel is seeking a highly qualified researcher in the United States to lead new product development for semiconductor adhesives and provide technical support to customers. Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, or Materials Science.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of product development experience.
- Industrial or academic research in thermoset materials, especially epoxy resins.
- Experience with adhesive formulations, electronic materials, and/or semiconductor packaging processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product development for semiconductor adhesives and document progress.
- Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release.
- Record, organize and communicate experimental data.
- Collaborate with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products.
- Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery.
- Attend or present technical work at meetings and conferences.
