Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a SEM Specialist to execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization in a remote EST-hour environment.

You will conduct keyword research, manage bids and budgets, write ad copy, and collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to drive CPA and ROAS improvements. Requires 2+ years SEM experience and Google Ads certification.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of paid search / SEM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution basics.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage bids, budgets, and pacing to hit performance targets.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to improve performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Who We're Looking For

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist executes and optimizes paid search campaigns to drive demand, leads, and revenue. This role focuses on hands‑on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Key Responsibilities

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000.
