PMG, a global independent platform company, is seeking an SEM Senior Manager in Dallas to lead a talented team and shape search strategies for top brands. You will oversee complex programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bing, driving measurable growth and ROI while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with analytics, media strategy, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid search and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with mentoring and managing a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Strong ability to define advanced strategies for keywords, campaign structures, and targeting.
• Proficiency in cross-channel performance analysis to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Experience with A/B testing and creative experimentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics for insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and optimization of complex search programs, aligning activities with client goals.
• Coach and mentor junior team members across platforms while fostering growth.
• Shape messaging and creative strategies in line with best practices.
• Define advanced keyword opportunities, campaign structures, targeting, and display networks.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide cross-channel recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Inspire and motivate the SEM team, driving collaboration and innovation.
• Drive adoption of Alli, PMG’s proprietary platform, within client accounts.
• Lead PMG-wide search training initiatives and support departmental growth.
• Integrate technical solutions and tailor strategies to client challenges.
• Manage and develop a team of SEM professionals and allocate resources effectively.
• Evaluate resource needs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of paid search.
