Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive construction leadership, with self-perform experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing project financials (WIP, forecasted margin) and labor productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning for self-perform concrete and fencing work; ensure estimates, scope, schedules, and labor plans are robust.
• Own the operational playbook for self-perform delivery, including scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and closeout.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and risk with escalation to executives as needed.
• Manage labor productivity and staffing across the portfolio; ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase consistency, speed, accountability, and scalability.
