Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program with 8 years related experience.
• Experience supervising or managing teams, preferably in construction.
• Experience with union management is desired.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and accounting.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and MS Office; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision and mentoring.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity and inclusion across staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Understand and manage contracts, subcontract agreements, and pricing.
• Oversee master schedule updates, communicating with trade partners and suppliers.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting; monitor adherence to budgets.
• Oversee QC programs, risk evaluation, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely payment of invoices.
