Job summary

Next 150 Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the on‑site leader responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of large, complex self‑perform construction projects or multiple projects.

The role sits on the job site and reports to Next 150 Construction Services, with responsibilities including mentoring Project Managers and field personnel, managing budgets and schedules, and driving safety, quality, and productivity across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Experience leading self‑perform construction operations preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, execution, completion, and financial performance of large, complex self‑perform construction projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and field personnel.
• Manage projects using established controls, procedures, and reporting tools.
• Lead constructability reviews, coordination, and key project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and execute project strategies to ensure successful delivery.
