Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff SEIT Lead to direct the overall SEIT effort on a program, ensuring cross‑functional integration and adherence to the SOW. The role requires leadership across complex engineering activities, control accounts, and cost/schedule management for the SEIT scope.

You will interface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, System Architect, and customers to maintain a compliant, verified MBSE model and support program milestones.

Qualifications

• SEIT lead or engineering program manager on developmental programs.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience and ability to lead with technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SEIT effort across program activities and ensure integration of engineering work products.
• Interface with Program Manager, Chief Engineer and System Architect to align on baselined content.
• Oversee proposal responses, lifecycle processes and program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
