Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a dual level Systems Engineer 3/4 for the Sentinel SE&I team. Primarily based in Roy, Utah, with consideration for CO Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. On-site work with relocation assistance possible.

The role requires translating SOW requirements into MSSOWT, leading teams, and ensuring rigor, traceability, and architectural alignment with program objectives. Strong mentoring and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in STEM required; Master’s preferred.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience in system engineering principles, MBSE.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficient with DOORS, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience resolving issues and providing technical support.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and in teams.
• Experience with internal customers and SDRL/DID structures.
• Familiar with compliance documentation and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Translate SOW requirements into MSSOWT templates.
• Drive rigor, traceability, and architectural context.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Offer actionable feedback on system designs and status updates.
