Job summary

PacBio is seeking a Staff Specialist, Segment Marketing for Human Genomics. You will lead marketing for genetic testing labs, academic medical centers, and large sequencing programs, shaping messaging and assets.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Applications, and R&D to advance key opportunities and build influencer relationships. You will drive conference strategy, develop account-focused communications, and translate scientific findings into compelling value propositions to accelerate adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in genomics marketing or related life sciences marketing.
• Ability to translate scientific data into commercial messaging and assets.
• Proven track record working with scientists and clinical/academic customers.
• Knowledge of sequencing technologies and market dynamics in genomics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing activities for human genomics customers and programs.
• Develop targeted messaging, sales tools, and customer briefs.
• Coordinate marketing at conferences and manage events in the segment.
