Job summary

Illumina is hiring a Staff Marketing Programs Manager in the United States to lead regional multi-channel campaigns for our next‑generation sequencing products. You will work with global and regional teams to plan, develop, and execute programs that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.

The role requires a strong track record in campaign development, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in genomics or sequencing workflows.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
• Proven track record and experience in leading campaign development and execution.
• Sales experience, research experience in a life science discipline, genomics experience, or hands-on sequencing experience, also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop and execute regional multi-channel marketing plans with global and sub-regional field marketing to drive pipeline acceleration and near-term revenue.
• Interpret market data and field input to shape marketing programs and action plans.
• Manage concurrent execution of multiple tactics within a program and link tactics to segment strategy.
• Identify and use various marketing channels to reach target market segments.
• Report on campaign performance (KPIs) and implement improvements to optimize ROI.
• Maintain and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring 95-100% quarterly spending on marketing programs.
• Participate in quarterly and annual planning and review cycles.
