Covista, America’s largest healthcare educator, seeks a communications leader to shape internal and external messaging across five institutions. You will develop strategies, support leadership visibility, and coordinate across segments to ensure consistency and impact.

This hybrid role emphasizes data-driven measurement, scalable processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance Covista’s mission in healthcare education and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, spanning internal and external work.
• Ability to work across multiple brands, institutions or accounts.
• Experience in media relations and internal/employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Own media relations strategy and execution across the five institutions.
• Develop media materials, press releases, briefs, and talking points.
• Advise leadership on messaging ahead of interviews and appearances.
• Lead internal communications plans from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Coordinate changes, measure impact, and support executive visibility.
