Job summary

Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, seeks an experienced executive communications leader to shape the company's public voice. You will own the day-to-day executive positioning, coordinating content for the First Team under the Director of Corporate Communications.

You'll manage multiple executives' content calendars, craft LinkedIn posts, and ensure consistency, speed, and quality across speeches, talking points, articles and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• 7+ years supporting C-suite or senior leaders in communications.
• Proven organizational rigor managing multiple executives' content pipelines.
• Exceptional writing across voices and formats.
• Social media fluency with executive LinkedIn presence.
• Discretion handling sensitive information with maturity.
• Comfort with AI tools to produce better work.

Responsibilities

• Draft speeches, talking points, bylined articles and presentations for First Team.
• Own day-to-day execution of executive social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Build messaging frameworks and content calendars across executives.
• Support media and speaking engagements with prep materials.
• Track concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines and approvals.
• Leverage AI to sharpen work and speed up processes.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
