Job summary

Covista, America\'s largest healthcare educator, seeks a Manager of Digital Marketing to lead development and execution of enterprise digital experience strategies across our institutions. You will collaborate with marketing teams to drive enrollment and persistence via email, nurture and digital experiences, and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

Hybrid work arrangement with four in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
• Five (5) years of marketing automation experience including Eloqua required.
• Eloqua administration experience preferred.
• Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track enterprise digital experience KPIs across the student lifecycle.
• Identify areas of opportunity across the student lifecycle and drive conversion initiatives.
• Serve as a go-to resource for stakeholders in email, nurture and digital experience.
• Collaborate with digital experience technical lead to optimize strategies within our tech stack.
• Mentor digital marketing specialist as they develop and implement strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
