Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, spanning internal and external work.
• Ability to work across multiple brands, institutions or accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in media relations as well as internal/employee communications.
• Higher education, healthcare, or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own external communications: media relations strategy, materials, and spokesperson preparation across five institutions.
• Own internal communications plans end to end, including meetings and speaker prep.
• Identify scalable systems and AI-enabled tools to strengthen internal comms.
• Measure communications effectiveness and apply insights to future work.
• Coordinate cross-functional change management and internal issues communications across segments.
