You will collaborate with growers, seed suppliers, and internal teams to support a reliable and sustainable supply chain, turning opportunities into business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in agricultural sales, seed sales, grain or oilseed origination.
• Demonstrated experience developing grower relationships and contracting programs.
• Familiarity with organic, non-GMO and specialty oilseed production programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new growers and maintain long-term grower relationships to increase participation and contracted acreage.
• Execute grower contracting initiatives by communicating terms, production requirements, delivery commitments, and incentives.
• Lead planting seed sales and coordination for specialty oilseed programs with forecasts and plans.
• Coordinate grower deliveries with Supply Chain, ensuring harvest schedules and traceability.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish acreage objectives and monitor progress against goals.
• Represent specialty oilseed programs at grower meetings and industry events.
