Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Seed Sales & Agronomy Specialist to work directly with local growers, handling seed sales, support, and agronomy tasks in a self-driven role.

The ideal candidate will have agronomy knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage seed treating operations while coordinating with ownership and staff in a growing Nebraska operation. This position offers stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Solid agronomy knowledge and crop production understanding.
• Willingness to assist in all aspects of the operation.
• Experience in seed sales or agronomy preferred.
• Ability to work with growers and provide seed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local growers and customers.
• Handle seed sales and customer support activities.
• Assist customers with seed recommendations and agronomy support.
• Coordinate and assist with seed treating operations.
• Manage day-to-day seed shed operations and organization.
• Work independently while coordinating with ownership and support staff.
• Maintain strong communication and customer service with area producers.
• Assist with additional agronomy and operational duties as needed.
• Help maintain a positive, professional image within the agricultural community.
