Perdue AgriBusiness seeks a Senior Seed Sales Grower Relationship Specialist in Trenton, KY, to recruit and retain growers for organic, non-GMO, and specialty oilseed programs. You will collaborate with seed suppliers and internal teams to ensure a reliable, competitive supply chain and strategic growth.

You will lead grower contracting initiatives, forecast demand, and coordinate availability and distribution, while guiding growers on certification, traceability, and related program

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in agricultural sales, seed sales, grower relations, or specialty crop contracting.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and retain growers for organic, non-GMO and specialty oilseed programs.
• Lead planting seed sales and coordination for oilseed programs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop forecasts and sales plans; evaluate pricing, supply, and delivery for competitive solutions.
• Coordinate grower deliveries to elevators and crush facilities with supply chain.
• Support organic certification, traceability and identity preservation in production.
