Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise evaluating sediment remediation technologies and design sediment remediation for riverine, coastal, riparian/floodplain, and port settings.
• Understand sediment transport, site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, and remedial action design/construction.
• Support mathematical and statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as task manager for complex sediment sites and communicate technical strategies to clients.
• Lead staff in preparing, reviewing and ensuring technically sound documents complying with regulations.
