Job summary

IES seeks a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring all contracted work aligns with safety, quality, and financial performance requirements. This role coordinates staffing, materials, and customer delivery to meet goals and maximize efficiency.

The PM will also manage cost postings and invoicing, while upholding safety and quality standards across all projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of interpreting blueprints

Qualifications

• Requires self-motivation, leadership to develop and implement project processes.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to read, write, and present.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and project documents, including specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise and evaluate project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and monitor project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, collections and financial reporting to customers and management.
• Ensure quality and safety across customer work and participate in bid processes.
