You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and leverage Qualys and SOC tools to ensure timely resolutions for clients.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, maintaining high CSAT scores, updating the knowledge base, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep operations secure

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Qualys for vulnerability scanning and management.
• Solid understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for incident resolution.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards and company policies while using Qualys and SOC tools.
• Provide advanced support for complex incidents escalated by analysts.
• Mentor and train new hires and coach analysts to enhance capability.
• Resolve complex tickets within SLAs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high CSAT by achieving first-call resolution and proactive threat handling.
