Job summary

SRI Tech solutions Inc in Chicago is seeking a Senior Administrator to manage technical escalations and provide expert support. In this role, you will ensure proper communication and quick resolutions to technical issues while coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with skills in Symantec Antivirus, Managed Security Services, and Networking. You will also be involved in service improvement programs and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Managed Security Services and ITIL documentation.

• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents.

Job Description

Key skillsrequired for the job are:As a SeniorAdministrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for alltechnical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertisewherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisismanager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality /security process defined for the engagement. Perform Trend analysis, identifytop few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize theincidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination Prepare Weeklyand monthly status reports. Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis. Take corrective actions based on the customersatisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs. Effortestimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. Training of new teammembers. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents
