Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security, coordinate with the Government SAP Security Officer, and manage access programs for industry partners.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of SAP/SCI experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial and Personnel security.
• Coordinate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and master access database.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training records and indoctrinations.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities including entry control and badges.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education program tailored to the unit.
