Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines and work with the Government SAP Security Officer to enforce access controls.

Candidates must hold an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, 15 years of DoD-related experience, and willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP/SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on current personnel security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and the unit’s master access database.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers (training records, PARs, indoctrinations, debriefs).
• Perform physical security for classified facilities (entry control, rosters, badges, alarm checks).
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education/training programs.
