Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

This role requires active TS/SCI eligibility and a Top-Secret clearance. You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines, work with the Government SAP Security Officer, manage PARs, maintain security dossiers, and develop training programs to protect DoD assets and warfighter capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and current background investigation
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years DoD/government or DoD contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security
• Work with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures for obtaining and maintaining SAP/SCI access
• Assist in managing PARs and maintaining the unit’s internal master program access database
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel
• Develop and implement SAP and SCI security education and training program
