Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines and coordinate with government and industry partners.

Candidates must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, have DoD security experience, and be willing to travel up to 10%. A bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-SECRET security clearance with SCI access required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with substantial DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, Personnel Security.
• Coordinate security duties with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO).
• Advise on personnel security policies and SAP/SCI access requirements.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal program databases.
• Process PARs for industry partners and maintain security dossiers.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities including access control and visitor management.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
