Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support the North America sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and to craft demonstrations and PoVs that tie Recorded Future’s cyber threat intelligence to concrete business outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and help shape sales strategy while mentoring newer SEs. Expect travel around 30% and a compensation package with incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an SE selling security services/product or experience working as an intelligence analyst/officer.
• Natural sense of curiosity and urgency.
• Ability to not just answer the question, but to understand WHY the question is being asked.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand challenges, outcomes, and requirements.
• Provide trusted, expert advice and demonstrate value oriented to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute sales strategies.
• Develop relationships with sales counterparts and share feedback after conversations.
• Create content to uplift the SE team, including demos, talks, and knowledge base materials.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tied to customer outcomes.
