Job summary

Titan Electronics in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to lead installation teams and drive margin-friendly service delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise projects with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and on-time, on-budget execution.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage installers, service technicians, and subcontractors, while developing cost-effective strategies and maintaining rigorous cost controls across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in operations, service, field or project management including 5-7 years in management, service management and/or project supervisory experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with electronic security systems installation and service.
• Experience with access control systems (e.g., Software House, Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Brivo).
• Experience with CCTV/IP video systems (Axis, Milestone, Avigilon).
• Experience with intrusion alarm panels and intercom systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Manufacturer certifications (Lenel, Avigilon, Brivo, Milestone, etc.)
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of operations activity including planning, and review of proposals, bookings and service requests.
• Review and edit job and shop drawings in AutoCAD.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors, planning and scheduling to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Assist in permitting processes when necessary.
• Maintain accurate job cost records and generate internal/external reports.
• Develop and implement operation strategies to improve project execution and value for customers.
• Use financial systems to review actual vs. budgeted contract costs and provide reports.
• Manage performance and development of installers, service technicians, subcontractors, and operations team.
• Communicate goals and initiatives to senior management; coach and train installers and technicians.
• Support field teams in the office and on-site; conduct quality control visits.
• Proactively communicate with customers and initiate a customer service process.
