Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Boston, MA area accounts. The role requires on-call coverage 24/7, with evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Salary is $90K, based on experience, with a strong focus on client relations and security leadership. Responsibilities include designing schedules, staffing posts, ensuring compliance, reviewing reports, and maintaining clear communication with personnel and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be available to be on call 24/7, with possible evenings/nights and weekends/holidays.
• Must have at least 3 years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.
• Must have 5 years of Security Management experience.
• Clean MA Driving Record of three years or more.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage work schedules to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure security personnel are properly staffed and trained for posts.
• Ensure compliance with facility procedures, location policies, and regulations.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs; notify of serious incidents promptly.
