Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Concierge Account Manager in the Boston area. This role requires on-call availability 24/7 with evening/night/weekend work as scheduled.

You will ensure staff coverage, compliance with procedures, and excellent client service for premier accounts. Responsibilities include designing schedules, supervising personnel, reviewing reports, and maintaining effective communications.

Qualifications

• Three years of Security Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent customer service and clear English communication.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Schedule design to provide service in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Staff posts with trained personnel.
• Ensure security personnel comply with procedures and location policies.
• Review reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Notify serious incidents promptly.
• Maintain effective communications with personnel.
• Counsel, advise, and motivate personnel; provide discipline when needed.
• Support management with employee relations, development, and retention.
• Keep staff updated on policy changes and regulations.
• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.
