Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for one of our premiere accounts. The role requires on-call availability 24/7, with evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

You will ensure staffing, compliance, reports, incident notifications, and strong client relations. Applicants must have at least 5 years of security management experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
• Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel staff all posts.
• Ensure compliance with facility security operations procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Provide timely notification of serious incidents.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and discipline personnel as needed.
• Develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
