Qualifications

• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.
• Must be able to pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage schedules for regular and special assignments to optimize service delivery.
• Staff posts with trained and qualified personnel.
• Ensure compliance with facility procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs.
• Notify all serious incidents in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communications with security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, and motivate personnel.
• Develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Keep staff updated on procedure changes.
