Northeast Security, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Security Account Manager for a premier Class A high-rise account. The role requires on-call coverage 24/7, with evenings/nights and weekend shifts as scheduled, and offers a $72,000 annual salary.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, incident reporting, client relations, and ensuring policy compliance. Candidates must have strong leadership, English communication skills, and pass background/drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Five years of large class A building security management experience preferred.
• Security Management of 700 contracted hours or more required.
• Security Training experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Design staff schedules for regular and special assignments to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure staffing for all posts with trained and qualified personnel.
• Train and develop current security staff and new hires.
• Ensure compliance with facility security procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by personnel.
• Notify promptly of serious incidents and maintain effective communications.
• Advise and motivate personnel, supporting client relations and retention programs.
