You'll build repeatable processes, report security metrics to leadership, and drive risk reduction in a hybrid work setting with in-person days. This role emphasizes leadership, hands-on security work, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years information security experience, including 3 years in lead/management roles.
• Experience building or maturing security functions in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily security operations, including incident response coordination and SOC rhythm.
• Lead vulnerability management and detection engineering improvements.
• Develop and mentor security staff; define operating procedures and reporting cadences.
• Present security metrics to leadership and manage cross-functional collaboration.
