Job summary

D&H Distributing is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead the security team, implement security controls, and guide initiatives across the organization. You will drive risk management, policy development, and incident response to protect critical systems and data.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure security alignment with business goals, plan budgets, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT security experience with progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years of management experience in IT security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security controls for the company.

• Architect and implement new security technologies and processes.
