Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking an Operations Systems Lead to drive WMS/OMS implementations across our distribution operations in Naperville, IL. You will partner with operations, IT, and vendors to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.

We require 5+ years in WMS support, strong project leadership, and experience with system testing (SIT/UAT) and go-live support. Travel to DCs will be needed; EO policy applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years supporting WMS in a distribution/logistics environment.
• Experience in full-cycle WMS implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
• Experience developing training materials and end-user SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for WMS capabilities across Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Inventory Control, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Labor Management.
• Collaborate with DC leadership to define solutions and process improvements.
• Lead workstreams through implementations, upgrades, and testing; track milestones.
