Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience in operations management and project management role.
• Experience delivering security training, OJT, tabletop exercises, and scenario-based training.
• Knowledge of security operations, contract requirements, post orders, SOPs, incident reporting and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the assigned security operation.
• Support National Account Manager with account-wide initiatives and operational coverage.
• Lead site operations, training, compliance, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain account-wide training programs and refresher training.
• Review staffing, scheduling, overtime and posts; ensure completion of post orders and client expectations.
• Prepare for client meetings and quarterly business reviews; promote consistent operating standards.
