• Communicate contract performance status, identify deficiencies, and keep Regional Account Manager informed.
• Support operational decision-making and develop project plans for strategic initiatives.
• Compile productivity, performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards for executive reporting.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training at all times.
