Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Supervisor to oversee daily security and fire personnel at assigned locations. You will mentor supervisors and ensure services meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, staffing, emergency response leadership, and coordination with client management for improvements and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of security/public safety, military, law enforcement, or related experience; 5 years preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to solve practical problems under general supervision.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act decisively during emergencies.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Working knowledge of access control, security tech, and safety systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security and fire personnel at the assigned site.
• Mentor security supervisors and officers for effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulations.
• Assess risks and ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Communicate with client management on security needs and actions.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with local responders.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and post orders.
• Conduct site vulnerability assessments and implement improvements.
• Oversee billing accuracy and period audits for security services.
• Provide training and development for personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with regional security leadership on progress and issues.
