Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Security Operations Engineer II to lead daily operations of physical security systems including CCTV and access controls. You will collaborate with facilities and engineering to design and maintain secure systems across sites.

The role requires analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting on-call duties. US citizenship is required for federal contracts, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience maintaining enterprise IP CCTV systems (Genetec) and NVR software.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with Access Control (Prowatch/Lenel).
• Minimum of three years’ experience designing CCTV and access control integration.
• US Citizenship is required by law for this position due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with staff and executive management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Estimate work effort for technical deliverables and coordinate tasks.
• Lead maintenance and modification of security systems for efficient operation.
• Coordinate day-to-day support across groups with minimal supervision.
• Participate in on-call duty and provide off-hour emergency support.
• Review and assist with remote system installations and expansions.
• Develop enterprise security designs with other departments.
