Job summary

Osen-Hunter Group is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee security operations for assigned regional sites and manage armed guard teams. The role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring security plans meet client needs while maintaining safety and compliance.

The candidate will lead staff, coach performance, and drive continuous improvement, with travel and on-site reporting in the San Antonio area. A Top Secret clearance and CPP/PSP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in security management, business administration, criminal justice, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations for sites within the assigned region.
• Ensure armed guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled to meet client requirements.
• Lead and mentor staff in recruitment, onboarding, and training of armed guards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including licensing and firearms regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for accounts and monitor billing, invoicing, and payroll accuracy.
• Perform on-site visits and address operational challenges as needed.
