• Own the strategy and roadmap for continuous monitoring across cloud, identity, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
• Define metrics and reporting to show control health to security leadership and auditors.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with GRC, IT, Legal, and Engineering to drive remediation and improvements.
• Build and mentor a team of security software engineers and ensure high-quality automation pipelines.
