Databricks Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Continuous Monitoring team. You will own the engineering function that measures security controls across cloud, identity, SaaS, and enterprise systems, enabling the Security organization and auditors to rely on the data.

Role requires technical depth to review Python automation and integrations, and judgment to prioritize controls that reduce risk. You will drive partnerships with GRC, IT, Legal, and Engineering to align policy and practice.

Formación

• 2+ years of management experience leading engineering or security teams.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in security engineering, security posture monitoring, or compliance automation.
• Deep understanding of security controls and where they fail in practice.
• Cloud security knowledge across at least one major platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) including IAM and CSPM concepts.
• Experience building security posture monitoring or compliance automation at scale.
• Able to define and drive OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong communication with auditors, engineers, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Databricks' continuous monitoring platform across cloud, identity, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
• Define what is measured and why; prioritize controls by risk impact.
• Ensure coverage keeps pace with new tech, products, and AI governance requirements.
• Reduce manual evidence collection; improve automation, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop the team; build partnerships across GRC, IT, Legal, and Engineering.
