Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Continuous Monitoring team. You will own the engineering function that measures whether the company’s security controls are working across cloud, identity, SaaS, and enterprise systems.

You will translate measurements into auditable evidence and dashboards that Security and GRC leadership, and external auditors, can rely on, against frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading security monitoring initiatives.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud, identity, SaaS and enterprise security controls.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop Security Software Engineers; set engineering standards and practices.
• Own the program strategy and roadmap for continuous monitoring and control state collection at scale.
• Deliver posture dashboards and executive-ready reports for Security and GRC leadership and auditors.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with GRC, IT, Legal and Engineering to close gaps and reduce risk.
