Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain Global Protection Standards and supervise security teams.
• Motivate staff, train on security culture, and reduce shrinkage.
• Coordinate with Operations Director for coverage and events.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness and incident management.
• Develop external security contacts and internal investigations program.
• Ensure CCTV, alarms, access controls and perimeter security function properly.
