Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York seeks a Security Manager to lead the security team at The Landmark, protecting employees, clients, and assets while delivering an elevated Tiffany store experience.

As a retail management leader, you will partner with the Security Director, mentor staff, and drive safety, profitability, and service. Responsibilities include emergency preparedness, internal investigations, and external partnerships to safeguard operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4 years retail management/security related experience.
• Highest level of integrity.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees both verbally and written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be available to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team to maintain Global Protection Standards.
• Motivate staff to focus on security culture (MPS, door coverage, training).
• Identify shrink-reduction opportunities with Operations and Security Director.
• Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management (Tiffany Prepared).
• Develop and maintain an external network of security contacts.
