As a member of the retail management team, you will ensure safety, drive security culture, coordinate with operations, manage emergencies, and support sales and service excellence through vigilant risk management and proactive training.

• Experience leading security teams and implementing protection standards.
• Excellent collaboration with Retail, Operations, and Risk partners.
• Ability to mentor staff and maintain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Global Protection Standards.
• Motivate the security team to focus on security culture drivers.
• Partner with Operations and Regional Security to reduce shrink.
• Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events.
• Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and act as point person in emergencies.
• Develop external networks with law enforcement and partners.
• Ensure physical security systems and equipment function as expected.
• Maintain CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, and entry points to standard.
• Address facilities issues via Service Channel with Regional Facilities.
• Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed.
• Manage repairs, maintenance, and life safety systems.
• Use Service Channel to oversee work orders.
• Ensure store operates safely and efficiently.
• Track work orders and monitor maintenance requests.
• Document facility issues and assist during walkthroughs.
• Coordinate contractors and vendor visits; manage SLAs.
• Ensure emergency repairs are completed.
• Maintain project files and safety audits.
• Prepare emergency plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop long-term facilities strategies and partner with senior leadership.
• Lead talent to create a best-in-class security team.
• Hire and train Security employees under Talent Action Plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit to build a diverse, multilingual talent pipeline.
• Oversee security for client events and conveyances.
• Coordinate event reporting with Risk Management and Regional Security.
• Prepare site plans with security scheduling and merchandise conveyance.
