Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 4 years of retail management/security related experience are required.
• Must communicate with customers and employees verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to cooperate with diverse teams and remote colleagues.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the security team to meet the department mission.
• Maintain Global Protection Standards and promote security culture.
• Oversee security schedules and emergency preparedness planning.
• Build external networks with law enforcement and partners.
