This role advises division leadership, manages classified contracts, facility clearance, insider-threat mitigation, and workforce security training. The candidate will drive process improvements, oversee SSA requirements, and coordinate with the Government Security Committee, DCSA, and HR to safeguard national security interests while building a

Qualifications

• Must obtain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years' experience may substitute
• CDSE security prerequisites and ongoing training preferred
• Insider threat training experience preferred
• Experience managing secured facilities and government-regulated programs

Responsibilities

• Lead NISP implementation and ensure DoD regulatory compliance.
• Manage DoD regulations alignment and security governance across divisions.
• Direct investigations involving fraud, theft, or insider threats with legal and HR coordination.
• Oversee access control, badge, visitor management, and credentialing processes.
• Maintain facility clearance records and coordination with DCSA.
• Manage classified material control and secure handling of information across programs.
• Ensure SSA and GSC requirements are met and coordinating reports.
• Lead security education and awareness programs for staff.
• Develop internal self-inspection programs and prepare for government audits.
• Build and mentor a high-performing security team and oversee personnel decisions.
